Our Founder
Our founder is risk executive and owner of ERM International, Anthony Reardon.
With more than 20 years of experience working in Australia, North America and Asia, Anthony was head of risk strategy and transformation at BHP prior to launching his own consulting firm. He also led the design and implementation of a global GRC system for BHP, experiencing first hand the challenges that large global companies face in amalgamating all their risk information and converting it into useful intelligence.
Anthony began collaborating with risk and technology leaders to bring to life his vision for a new software that would give companies their full risk picture and automate the linking of risk and strategy in useful, actionable ways for the first time.

With over 25+ years of experience, Amol brings a unique blend of extensive experience in Consulting, Leadership, Delivery, and Entrepreneurship. He has a history of successfully building large & complex Banking systems with a Digital and Cloud-First approach involving the management of large-scale multi-geographical delivery efforts. Amol is adept at thinking up new ideas and creating organizational influence for a cause. Amol held significant leadership roles with technology teams across topmost Australian Banks & Oracle Financial Services Australia, and India.
